Description
Day 01: ARRIVAL – YEREVAN CITY TOUR
Arrival to Yerevan Airport. Meet & transfer to the hotel. Yerevan Sightseeing City tour, including City center, Mother Armenia Monument with a panoramic view over the city, Republic square, endowed by singing and dancing fountains, Opera house, Northern Avenue, Cascade Complex. Overnight in Yerevan.Overnight in Yerevan.
Day 02: YEREVAN – ARARAT BRANDY - GEGHARD MONASTERY - GARNI TEMPLE
After breakfast at the hotel visit Ararat Brandy.
Then drive to the unique caved temple St. Geghard (12th -13th cc.), the name of which means “holy spear” in the honor of the same spear that pierced the body of cucified Jesus Christ. It is now exhibited in the museum of Etchmiadzin Cathedral on the way short Photo stop at Charents Arc. Visit the only remaining pagan temple in Armenia devoted to the God of Sun – Myrth, Garni, built in 77 AD by King Trdat.

Day 03: YEREVAN – TSAGHKADZOR – SEVAN LAKE – BOAT TOUR - YEREVAN
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Tsaghkadzor (means “gorge of flowers”) town, the magical place of forested mountains. Short walking tour around the small town. Opportunity go up to the mountain peaks by rope way, where you will catch an unforgettable gorgeous panoramic view of this part of the world (going up the first level and back). In winter Tsakhkadzor is a well-known ski resort with several levels of ropeways leading up the mountains. In summer it’s a pleasant place to spend the afternoon in nature and enjoy the sun. Visit Kecharis monastery and after on rope way to Teghenis Mountain. Drive to Lake Sevan. You will take your way towards Lake Sevan, which is the largest lake in Caucasus as well as one of the largest and highest freshwater lakes of the world. The altitude of its surface is on 1897m above sea level. You will get to Sevan Peninsula to visit Sevanavank monastery, built in the 9th century.

Day 04: YEREVAN – KHOR VIRAP – ARENI – NORAVANK – SHOPPING
Breakfast at the hotel. First our stop for today will be Khor Virap monastery which when translated from Armenain means deep dungeon. Here according to the legend Gregory the Illuminator was held prisoner for 13 years and from this place Armenian Christianity stat its roots. Then we will continue our trip to Vayots Dzor region the birthplace of Armenian wine that according to recent archeological findings dates back 6000 years. Here we will visit Noravank monastery and have lunch time near Arpa River after we will proceed to Areni winery for wine degustation.
Return to Yerevan. Shopping at Dalma Garden mall.
Overnight in Yerevan.
Day 05: DEPARTURE
Breakfast at the hotel. transfer to the airport with great memories.
